step one – where to access order tracking?

To access order tracking, you must register mykaboodle, located in the website menu. Once you're in mykaboodle, navigate to the ‘get it’ step. Then scroll down to the order tracking section of the page.

step two – look up order number

You will need to have your invoice handy to track your order. You will need to enter the COS number or PO number on the receipt to preview the progress of the order. Once entered, confirm that the order on the screen is correct.

step three – check your order details

Once entered, you will be given a high-level overview of the order broken down by unique PO numbers/order types. To view more order details, you can click on the “details” link. This will give you more information including the Bunnings store, status updates and item list.

step four – order status

When you enter your order number, you may see multiple orders listed. This happens because we offer three different order types: cut to measure, stocked items, and benchtops. Click on each order type to view its status, and hover over any update for more details about that step.

step five – transport provider tracking

When an order is onboard for delivery, transport provider tracking is available. Click ‘track order’ to view the status of the order with the transport provider.
